Our Torrey Pines roast is a an enjoyable single origin medium roast coffee. Roasted fresh in house, this coffee features Prune, Cocoa and Vanilla notes. The wild and beautiful stretch of land along the Southern California Coast is our inspiration for this roast.
This Oaxaca coffee is grown at an altitude of about 900-1800 meters above sea level. Grown in the southern Mexican Pacific coast, this coffee is harvested from October through March. Oaxaca is the fifth-largest Mexican state by area (93,757 sq. km), and is known for producing quality coffee from start to finish.
