Colombia Mountain Water Decaf Single Origin Coffee

Colombia Mountain Water Decaf delivers all the rich flavor and satisfying body of a top-quality Colombian bean, with none of the caffeine. Grown at elevations between ~1,500-1,800 meters in the Huila region, this coffee is naturally washed, dried, then gently decaffeinated using the Mountain Water (or equivalent water-process) method. What you get is a smooth, buttery cup with sweet chocolate and walnut tones up front, rounded out by caramel or toasted nut edges. Perfect for late-day sipping or anytime you want flavor without the buzz.

Farm & Source Story:

The beans come from smallholder farms in Huila, Colombia, many tended by farmers who work the land at high elevations, growing varietals like Castillo, Caturra, and Colombia. The decaffeination is done at specialized mills that use water-based processes (no chemicals) to preserve as much of the original flavor and nuance as possible. While we don’t always have the names of each producer, the sourcing practices focus on sustainable, careful handling — from harvest through washing, drying, and decaf treatment — to ensure this decaf lives up to the taste standard of our other coffees.

We ship Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 1pm on Fridays will ship on Monday.
